Leipzig seeks loan for Christopher Nkunku from AC Milan

RB Leipzig has shown a strong interest in acquiring Christopher Nkunku, a 28-year-old forward from AC Milan, according to Alfredo Pedullà. The journalist indicates that the German club is pushing for conversations to secure a loan for the player.
Nkunku, of French nationality, plays as a centre-forward and has a market value of €25 million. His contract with AC Milan extends until June 30, 2030, which gives the Italian club considerable leverage in negotiations.
The operation would mean an important reinforcement for Leipzig, which seeks to boost its attack. Additionally, it could provide Nkunku with more playing time, as his current situation at Milan might limit his participation.
Matteo Moretto has also confirmed Leipzig's interest, noting that the club has had a direct call with the player's agents. Negotiations are ongoing, but a final agreement has yet to be reached.
