Caio Henrique joins Ajax from AS Monaco

Ajax has officially announced the signing of Caio Henrique, who arrives from AS Monaco. The confirmation was made by renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, who stated that the Brazilian has signed his contract and completed his move until June 2030.

Caio Henrique, 25, plays as a left-back and has been a key figure at AS Monaco, where his market value is estimated at €12 million. His arrival at Ajax represents a significant addition to the squad, bringing speed and defensive skill to the Dutch team.

This transfer not only strengthens Ajax in its quest to compete in the Eredivisie and European competitions but also marks an important change for AS Monaco, which receives a fixed fee of €10 million plus €4 million in add-ons. The Monegasque club will look to reinvest these funds in new signings.
